We welcome initiative applications and supervise final theses. Send us an email with all relevant information if you are interested.
To become part of the xtonomy team, you can either apply directly for a position or send us an initiative application. Please send us your complete application documents (CV, references/certificates, salary expectations – max. 5 MB per document and as pdf) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your documents should be complete and contain a detailed description of your experience as well as a meaningful assessment of your skills. If your documents convince us, we will forward them to the respective department, which will decide whether it would like to get to know you better in a joint interview.
The interview: In the interview, we would like to get to know you and you have the opportunity to learn more about us and thus check whether we are a good fit for you. Depending on the position, you can expect 1-3 interviews:
- The first interview (30 minutes with the head of department)
- The technical interview (approx. 1 ½ hours with two experts from the team)
- The final interview with all stakeholders
Welcome to the team: If everything fits on both sides, we are happy to welcome you to our team! For your onboarding, a mentor will be at your side to support you during your start.
